Sorry sorry sorry...

I totally haven't been doing my job and keeping up with posts...sorry everyone! Let me really quickly try to recap the year with some highlights:

Erik (Peanut) Anderson and Jess Stewart both qualified as the Individual entries for the West and had the opportunity to go to Winter Park, CO for Nationals. Jess took the conference up on the offer and did exceptionally well in both slalom and GS.

Both mens and womens teams at Regioals in Steamboat, CO were mere seconds from team qualifications at Nationals. However, luck has it that 90% of the team is returning for next year along with some fresh, new talent where those seconds will be erased in no time!

Anyways, we're through the race season now and it's freeskiing time! Every weekend from end of season to whenever the mountains close, you can almost always count on a UI ski team member going up.

Enough chat...here's some picture updates!

Results?

Okay, I can't figure out how to get the result files onto Blogspot and can't find them on the USCSA website, so here's the deal: if you want to see any team and/or individual results for any of this year's races, send me an email at cstefanic@vandals.uidaho.edu and I can send them to you right away. Sorry about that, I'll try to find a better way to do this.

*UPDATE*

OOH, maybe this'll work...try these links (the file name at the end designates the race number and gender):

**Double Update**

Hey, Phil pointed out that you can view all results without the stupid downloader software thing by checking out http://www.pnsa.org/. Thanks, Phil!

Mass Post Time Number 3!

Now for some awesome pics (courtesy of our intrepid Assistant Coach, Anna Schwisow) from our annihilation of the competition at our GS at Silver Mountain, ID. Picky readers will notice that I didn't post pics from our win (yes, a WIN) at Willamette, OR the week prior. That's because Willamette was foggy and cold and generally crappy so I didn't take any pictures. So, um, sorry? Anyways, enjoy!

Here's Chris Currie slipping gently into his boots.

The Pornstar suit lives on!

Graham decided he'd be faster if he lost that extra weight of his outside ski...

Peanut and Her Majesty the Seal Clubber (Erik Anderson and Jess Stewart) at the top.

Points Leader and all-around badass Peanut.

Jerry is so majestic.

Mass Post Time Number 2!

Now here's some pics from our first GS race of the year at Mt. Hood, OR. We did well this weekend by placing second overall for they guys and the girls were (I believe) 3rd. Yea, UI!

Jess tearing it up.

Erik doing what he does best.

The team at Hood. Just beautiful.

Philip going to town on a GS gate.

Outside skis are for pansies.

Mass Post Time!

HEY! I finally got around to doing this! First in a series of postings is some select pics from our training camp at Silver Mountain in Kellogg, ID January 3-12. Enjoy!
